Meet Dr. Rebecca Williams (Perrysburg, OH)
Rebecca Williams, O.D. received her Doctor of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry in 2024. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with minors in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Toledo in 2019. She is a proud member of both the American Optometric Association and the Ohio Optometric Association.
Before attending optometry school, Dr. Williams obtained her Certified Ophthalmic Assistant certification and gained valuable clinical experience working as an ophthalmic technician at a local practice. Following optometry school, Dr. Williams completed a one-year residency in Ocular Disease with a special emphasis in refractive and ocular surgery.
Dr. Williams has a strong clinical interest in ocular disease management, including glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, cataracts, and hypertensive retinopathy, as well as co-management of ocular surgeries such as cataract and LASIK procedures. Her passion for optometry stems from a desire to help people—not only by improving their day-to-day vision but also by monitoring overall systemic health through comprehensive eye exams.
Outside of the office, Dr. Williams enjoys hiking, reading, traveling, and exploring arts and crafts.

Cancellations, No Shows, and Late Arrivals 1. If you must cancel your appointment, we ask that you notify us within 24 hours of your appointment so that we may offer that time to another patient. 2. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate you, however, you may have to reschedule your appointment. 3. We do personally call or text every patient to confirm their appointments. After 3 confirmation attempts with no response or if the appointment is not confirmed within 48 hours prior to your scheduled time, we will cancel your appointment. 4. Your vision and eye health are important to us, however, if you miss 2 appointments in a row, it can result in being placed on a same day policy.
