I recently visited for an eye exam and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The staff went ... Show Moreabove and beyond in a way you rarely see anymore. I arrived close to closing time without realizing they closed at 5, and not only did the ladies at the front stay past their shift, they encouraged me to take my time with the eyewear selection and offered thoughtful, personalized recommendations. That kind of patience and care is hard to find.
The doctor was equally exceptional. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and took real time to walk me through exactly what he was observing and what his concerns were, rather than rushing through the appointment. When he was unable to get a fully accurate read on my prescription, he rescheduled me to complete the exam at no additional charge. No hassle, no upselling, just a genuine commitment to getting it right.
This is the standard every eye care practice should be held to. Highly recommend.

I had my first visit with Dr. Michael and from the start the office environment felt very welcoming ... Show Moreand comfortable. The front desk staff were very helpful and courteous. The blonde assistant that took me back (don’t remember her name) was very personable and friendly and did a great job of juggling multiple patients. Dr. Michael was very thorough, knowledgeable, and explained everything. Zoe was awesome and very helpful with getting more contacts ordered and picking out new glasses. They even got me 50% off my glasses when I ordered a year supply of contacts and it was fun as well! I highly recommend the Zysik Eye Care Team!! Thank you to everyone who helped me at Zysik.
