I arrived close to closing time without realizing they closed at 5, and not only did the ladies at the front stay past their shift, they encouraged me to take my time with the eyewear selection and offered thoughtful, personalized recommendations. That kind of patience and care is hard to find.
The doctor was equally exceptional. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and took real time to walk me through exactly what he was observing and what his concerns were, rather than rushing through the appointment. When he was unable to get a fully accurate read on my prescription, he rescheduled me to complete the exam at no additional charge. No hassle, no upselling, just a genuine commitment to getting it right.
This is the standard every eye care practice should be held to. Highly recommend.
